In the Pharmaceutical sector, the Firm relies on consolidated knowledge of the specific regulatory framework, starting from the drafting of contracts relating to scientific information, to the particular contracts between companies relating to the granting, distribution of drugs, co-promotion, licensing patents and trademarks.  The legal and regulatory aspect relating to the approval of pharmaceutical products and medical devices follows; it takes care of relationship management with AIFA and the Ministry of Health. It deals with procedural training in clinical trials on innovative drugs and therapies.
